• You can cancel orders within 5 minutes of placing them, subject to shop acceptance
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

Delivery

Delivery terms include:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery charges may apply based on distance
• You must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
• If you're unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt delivery again or return the items to the store
• For perishable items, we recommend being available during the delivery window
